So called because of its striking blue legs, this tarantula lives in burrows in the southeast Asian rainforests.
Males, as shown above, are not as strongly blue as females, who display a much more vibrant colour extending down to the ends of each leg (and become more vibrant after each moult). I should have drawn a female!
